Contact discovery
Search names, exact email addresses and phone numbers with GET /api/contacts?search=…. Ranked skills use POST /api/contacts/search_by_skills.

Operating rules
Bearer keys are Organization-scoped. Lists use cursor pagination. Mutations may require Idempotency-Key. Respect 429 retry guidance and retain request IDs for support.
Outbound actions are fail-closed. Suppression, DNC, consent, calling hours, permissions and human approval continue to apply to API and MCP calls.
Connect an agent
No key yet? Your agent can connect itself: it asks you for your email and calls /api/agent/connect/start. You get one link to sign in (or create an account without a password), check the code your agent shows, and approve. The agent then receives its own key. Never paste a password or key into a chat.
