Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how the operator identified in your order form or workspace agreement ("forwardslash.ch", "we" or "us") handles personal information when you use the forwardslash.ch service.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: your name, work email and authentication information.
- Workspace data: the companies, contacts, opportunities, campaigns, bookings, projects, tasks, messages, calls, notes and activity you create or import.
- Connected-service data: data we access on your instruction from mail, calendar, delivery, telephony and enrichment services you connect.
- Usage data: logs, device and browser information, and diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide, secure and improve the service; keep workspace data in sync; deliver the actions you request; enforce safety controls; and provide support. We do not sell personal information.
3. Connected mailboxes and calendars
When you connect a mailbox or calendar, we access the minimum data needed for the features you enable, such as inbox sync, reply matching and scheduling. We do not use mailbox content for advertising or to train general-purpose models. You can disconnect a service to revoke future access.
4. Google user data
When you sign in with Google or connect a Google account, forwardslash.ch accesses only the Google data you authorise for the features you use: profile and email (sign-in), Gmail read (sync your own mail into your workspace), Gmail send (send mail you write, as you), Calendar events and free-busy (bookings and availability), and Drive file (files you pick). Data is not sold, not used for ads, not used to train general AI models, and is deleted when you disconnect or delete your account. forwardslash.ch's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Service providers and disclosure
We share information with service providers that help operate forwardslash.ch, under appropriate contractual and confidentiality safeguards, and when required by law. We explain material subprocessors and cross-border processing in our service documentation or agreement.
6. Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No service can guarantee absolute security; we respond to incidents and provide notices where the law requires them.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Workspace administrators can request an export and, subject to legal retention duties, deletion when the workspace closes.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to processing or request deletion of personal information. Outreach recipients can unsubscribe; suppression records are retained as needed to honour that choice.

10. Changes
We may update this Policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will give appropriate notice of material changes.
