Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of forwardslash.ch. The service operator and legal entity for your workspace are identified in your order form or workspace agreement. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
forwardslash.ch connects companies, people, email, campaigns, bookings, opportunities, projects, tasks and delivery in one workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add and the actions you take through the service.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Provide accurate account details, keep credentials secure and use individual accounts for each person. Workspace administrators control membership and are responsible for activity performed by their members.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect the rights and choices of other people. For outreach, comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws, identify the sender accurately and honour unsubscribe requests. Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or indiscriminate bulk messages.
4. Connected services
When you connect another service, you authorise forwardslash.ch to access it on your behalf for the features you enable. That provider's terms also apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes or independent data practices.
5. Data and privacy
You retain ownership of your workspace data and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Call recording
If you turn on call recording, you are responsible for telling the people you call, and for getting any consent the law where they are requires. forwardslash plays your disclosure line at the start of each recorded call (by default "This call may be recorded.") and stores recordings in your workspace's data region. You can switch recording off at any time; existing recordings stay until you delete them or your retention settings remove them.
6. Plans, usage and fees
Your order form or selected plan states the included features, specialist operator licences, usage allowances, billing period and fees. We will give notice before material pricing changes apply to a later billing period.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service dependable, but availability is not guaranteed unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Maintenance, security work and provider incidents may occasionally interrupt access.
8. Liability
Liability is allocated as stated in your order form or workspace agreement and subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Neither party excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment or a material breach. You may stop using the service in line with your agreement. Export and deletion requests remain subject to applicable retention duties.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will give appropriate notice before material changes take effect.
11. Governing law
The governing law and courts are those stated in your order form or workspace agreement.
