Security and control
Useful safeguards in the workflow.
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This page describes the current product direction. It is not a certification, compliance opinion or contractual security schedule.
Outbound actions fail closed
Consequential outbound actions require verified sending, server-enforced safeguards and an explicit person-led action. If the deployment or provider is unavailable, the action is refused rather than reported as complete.
Visible limits and hard stops
Usage, provider cost and sending limits are shown before high-cost actions. Suppression and global safety controls are enforced at the shared execution boundary, not left to each screen.
Workspace access
Individual accounts, workspace-scoped data access and role checks protect workspace boundaries. Sensitive changes are recorded so administrators can understand what happened.
Data location
Data location depends on the agreed deployment and providers. We state the applicable region in service documentation or the workspace agreement rather than making a blanket residency claim here.
Responsible outreach
The service provides suppression, unsubscribe and approval mechanics. Each sender remains responsible for consent, audience selection and compliance with applicable laws, including EU data protection and ePrivacy rules and the Australian Spam Act where they apply.
Report a concern
Report a suspected security or privacy issue to security@forwardslash.ch. Include enough detail for us to investigate without sending unnecessary personal or secret data.
